TIJUANA, Mexico, July 9th 2012.- It´s been a week since Mexico elected a new president, but what the Mexican established power has tried desperately to validate with all type of adds in the media, the general public hasn’t bought the script and on Saturday went to the streets again an it´s has been recorded as the largest citizen protests in Tijuana history.

The Organization ¨Yo soy 132¨ was the head of this march that was not only in Tijuana, but all over Mexico; in the 3 Major cities (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) and other cities (Queretaro, San Luis Potosi, Puebla, Yucatan, Hermosillo) and even in other countries like Norway, Canada, Germany, England and in several cities in the United States, with Mexican people that have left the country in search of a better quality of life; all of those citizens went to the streets to place their discomfort to IFE, Mexico and the World that they won’t accept PRI Enrique Peña Nieto as the next Mexican President.

The march in Tijuana had a specific plan to walk to 7 people crowded areas and especially where TOURIST can watch that the Mexican people have plenty of fight in them to see their election CLEAN UP; the march lasted a good 4 hours in which the people were honking their horns in their cars cheering on the march.

This is the released this statement to the press:

# YoSoy132 Tijuana organization aims to the awareness of citizenship participation in the democratic and social processes in the country. The irregularities occurred during the campaigns and in the July 1st election; we have recognized how unacceptable results issued by the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE), the winning candidate for Mexican president to the PRI Enrique Peña Nieto.

Likewise, we inform our respect towards the mobilizations whose purpose is to transmit the social opinion. In this regard, emphasize the ability of the members of # YoSoy132 Tijuana to the sympathy and be involved in various expressions that emerge with interests similar to this group.

# YoSoy132 Tijuana does not discredit the marches to be carried out on this Saturday July 7th 2012 organized by sectors outside its coordination, provided these are carried out in a peaceful manner, attached to the established safety guidelines. On the other hand, we disclaim any running, violent demonstration causing damage to third parties, violates federal or private property or any mobilization to be held in the gateway between Mexico and the United States of America.

As we have previously set: will first and foremost ensure safeguarding human rights and establish peace in our country through an informed and participatory citizenship to enforce our democracy.
